Systems integrator · Est. control & automation practice

We make separate machines behave like one system.

JDR Systems designs, builds, and commissions the control layer that ties PLCs, drives, instruments, and enterprise software into a single, observable process. Vendor-independent. Fully documented. Signed off on the floor, not on paper.

What we integrate, from the sensor up

01 / CAPABILITIES
C-01

Control system design

Ground-up architecture for new lines and retrofits: controller selection, I/O counts, network topology, and a control narrative your operators can actually read.

C-02

PLC & motion programming

Structured, version-controlled logic across Rockwell, Siemens, and Beckhoff. Coordinated motion, recipe handling, and interlocks that fail to a safe state.

C-03

SCADA & HMI

Screens designed for the person at 3 a.m. High-performance graphics, meaningful alarms, and a historian that answers questions instead of hoarding tags.

C-04

Panel engineering

Control panels drawn, wired, and labelled to standard, then bench-tested before they ever reach site. Every wire on the drawing, every drawing in the panel.

C-05

OT / IT integration

Clean handoff from the plant floor to the business. OPC UA, MQTT, and database links that move production data upward without exposing the control network.

C-06

Commissioning & support

FAT, SAT, and start-up run by the same engineers who wrote the code. We stay on the line until it runs the way the narrative said it would.

A project moves in one direction: toward sign-off

02 / METHOD
PHASE 01

Define

We map the process, agree the control narrative, and fix the I/O list before a single line of logic exists. Ambiguity is cheapest to kill here.

PHASE 02

Build

Logic, screens, and panels developed in parallel against the narrative, with internal reviews at each milestone rather than one at the end.

PHASE 03

Prove

Factory acceptance testing against simulated I/O. The system earns its way to site by passing tests you can watch and repeat.

PHASE 04

Commission

Site acceptance, tuning, and operator handover, with as-built documentation delivered live — not promised for later.

Operating principle

We're not tied to a single controller family or a single sector, and that's deliberate. The right integrator is the one who picks the platform to fit the plant — not the one who fits the plant to whatever they had a licence for.

Every engagement leaves behind a system your own team can hold: readable logic, standard tags, and documentation that matches what's actually running.

Tell us what needs to run.

Send the shape of the problem — a new line, a controls retrofit, a SCADA that nobody trusts — and an engineer reviews it, not a queue. We'll come back with the honest version of scope, sequence, and what we'd need to see on site.
